Alcatel Cable S.A (Alcatel) has notified to the Commission an agreement to purchase from Northern Telecom Europe Ltd (Northern Telecom) the whole share capital of STC Limited to which Northern Telecom will transfer prior to the transaction its entire submarine telecommunications systems and satellite television antennae businesses.
REGLEMENT CONCENTRATIONS La société Alcatel Cable SA (Alcatel) a notifié à la Commission l'accord passé avec Northern Telecom Europe Ltd (Northern Telecom) en vue de l'acquisition de la totalité du capital social de STC Limited, à laquelle Northern Telecom transférera avant l'opération toutes ses activités relatives aux systèmes de télécommunications sous-marins et aux antennes de télévision par satellite.
