If news accounts are correct—and I'll go through some of these media accounts in a moment—one has to ask the question, why has this government failed to take any action with respect to the serious allegations of tampering with, or interfering with, an access to information request, which on the surface, at least to me, appears to be a direct violation of subsection 67(1) of the Access to Information Act?
