It called for rail improvements for rail movements that were free of road constraints, expanding the use of our waterways, increasing rail capacity, major road investments, and increasing passenger rail capacity in the region. We are pleased to see that what we had proposed has for the most part become the infrastructure program included in the Regional Transportation Authority, the Province of B.C. and the federal government's Asia-Pacific Gateway and Corridor Initiative.
