B.UT.20.A UAA (arable land, permanent grassland, permanent crops and kitchen gardens) worked by a person other than the owner, tenant for life or leaseholder, holding a tenancy on the said area (the rent is payable in cash and/or in kind; being generally fixed in advance, it does not normally vary with the farming results) and/or UAA held on similar terms of tenure.
B.UT.20.A SAU (terres arables, prairies permanentes, cultures permanentes et jardins potagers) mise en valeur par une autre personne que son propriétaire, usufruitier ou emphytéote, moyennant un contrat de location de cette superficie (le fermage est payé en espèces et/ou en nature; il est en général fixé d'avance et ne varie normalement pas en fonction des résultats de l'exploitation) et/ou SAU exploitée dans des conditions similaires.
