When we received as a committee the pile of work that was behind us, with all due respect to the people in the Great Lakes, the north, Nunavut, the west coast, and Prince Edward Island, we had a certain responsibility as a committee to look at what we inherited from the previous group and try to give the fisher people in those areas some report on what the committee had done.
