(EN) In reply to the Honourable Member’s question concerning Commission Regulation 1281/2005 on the management of fishing licences and the information to be contained therein, the Commission would like to clarify its position.

The Commission adopted Regulation (EC) No 1281/2005 on the management of fishing licences and the minimal information to be contained therein in August 2005 (OJ L 203, 4.8.2005, p. 3), which is to apply from the date of repeal of Regulation (EC) No 3690/93.
La Commission a adopté en août 2005 le règlement (CE) n° 1281/2005 concernant la gestion des licences de pêche et les informations minimales qu'elles doivent contenir (JO L 203 du 4.8.2005, p. 3), qui doit s'appliquer à compter de la date d'abrogation du règlement (CE) n° 3690/93.
