All the stainless steel activities of the Finish company Outokumpu Oyj will be transferred to its subsidiary Outokumpu Steel Oy and this company will be merged with Avesta Sheffield AB (Avesta), a 51.2% subsidiary of the Corus Group.
La totalité des activités dans ce secteur de l'entreprise finlandaise Outokumpu Oyj seront transférées à sa filiale Outokumpu Steel Oy, et cette dernière entreprise sera fusionnée avec Avesta Sheffield AB (Avesta), filiale à 51,2 % du groupe Corus.
