We certainly heard some fine speeches against terrorism in this House yesterday, but today, we can clearly see the habitual drift starting again without any qualms at all.

This might appear to be funny but the fact is that we are sick and tired of hearing endless repetitions of all these speeches stuffed with human rights diatribes, these fine sentiments which mean that throughout Europe today, we are seeing the same things, such as uncontrolled immigration and States that are swamped and no longer know what to do with their illegal immigrants and whose only solution is to open temporary accommodation centres, which are temporary in name only.

Pour ce faire, veillons à ce qu'on débouche rapidement sur un accord équitable qui reprenne les questions en matière d'écologie et de politique étrangère et de sécurité et qui ne commette pas l'erreur de prendre un tour démagogique propre à déstabiliser nos relations. Il serait alors trop tard, comme dans le cas des Balkans ou du Caucase !
