6. For a period not exceeding four years from 1 January 2016, the deadline for insurance and reinsurance undertakings to disclose the information referred to in Article 51 shall decrease by two weeks each financial year, starting from no later than 20 weeks after the undertaking's financial year end in relation to its financial year ending on or after 30 June 2016 but before 1 January 2017, to no later than 14 weeks after the undertaking's financial year end in relation to its financial years ending on or after 30 June 2019 but before 1 January 2020.
6. 5. Member States shall ensure that, for a period not exceeding four years from 1 January 2016, the deadline for insurance and reinsurance undertakings to submit the information referred to in Article 35(1) to (4) on an annual or less frequent basis shall decrease by two weeks each financial year, starting from no later than 20 weeks after the undertaking's financial year end in relation to its financial year ending on or after 30 June 2016 but before 1 January 2017, to no later than 14 weeks after the undertaking's financial year end in relation to its financial years ending on or after 30 June 2019 but before 1 January 2020.

Depending on the source of financing involved and its financial management rules in the current programming period in accordance with Articles 35 and 36 and Article 47b(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1257/1999, a distinction should be made between support from the EAGGF Guarantee Section based on non-differentiated budget appropriations and the financial year ending on 15 October 2006 in the Member States of the Community as constituted at 30 April 2004 on the one hand, and other support from the EAGGF Guidance or Guarantee Section for all Member States as provided for in Articles 29 to 32 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1260/1999 of 21 June 1999 laying down general provisions on the Structural Funds on the other hand.
Selon la source de financement concernée et selon les règles de gestion financière qui s’y appliquent dans le cadre de la période de programmation actuelle conformément aux articles 35 et 36 et à l’article 47 ter, paragraphe 1, du règlement (CE) no 1257/1999, il y a lieu d’opérer une distinction entre, d’une part, le soutien du FEOGA, section «Garantie», fondé sur les crédits non dissociés et sur l’exercice financier se terminant le 15 octobre 2006 dans les États membres de la Communauté dans sa composition au 30 avril 2004 et, d’autre part, tout autre soutien du FEOGA, section «Orientation» ou «Garantie», accordé à tous les États membres conformément aux articles 29 à 32 du règlement (CE) no 1260/1999 du Conseil du 21 juin 1999 portant dispositions générales sur les Fonds structurels .
