TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

In view of the serious difficulties that a number of Member States still face with respect to their financial stability, and in order, during the transition from the current to the new programming period, to limit the negative effects resulting from those difficulties by allowing for maximum utilisation of the EAFRD funds available, it is necessary to extend the duration of the derogation which increases the maximum EAFRD contribution rates provided for in Article 70(4c) of Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005 to the final date of eligibility of expenditure for the 2007-2013 programming period, namely to 31 December 2015.
Compte tenu des graves difficultés que rencontrent encore un certain nombre d'États membres sur le plan de leur stabilité financière et afin de limiter, pendant la transition entre la période de programmation actuelle et la nouvelle, les effets négatifs résultant de ces difficultés, en permettant une utilisation maximale des fonds disponibles du Feader, il est nécessaire de prolonger la durée de la dérogation majorant les taux maximaux de participation du Feader prévue à l'article 70, paragraphe 4 quater, du règlement (CE) no 1698/2005 jusqu'à la date finale d'éligibilité des dépenses pour la période de programmation 2007-2013, à savoir le 31 décembre 2015.

Given that Greece still faces serious difficulties with respect to its financial stability, the duration of the application of an increase in payments for Member States with temporary budgetary difficulties should be extended.

Le fait qu'un établissement ne remplisse pas les conditions d'agrément ne devrait pas justifier en soi l'ouverture d'une telle procédure, surtout s'il est encore viable ou s'il y a une forte probabilité qu'il le soit. The European Parliament, which has long called for an increased convergence of national supervisory practices and improvement of existing crisis management arrangements in the EU, therefore welcomes both ECOFIN Council Conclusions, and shares the view that a consistency between the evolution of going concern supervisory arrangements, both at national and cross-border levels, and that of crisis management/ financial stability arrangements is needed. Having regard to the two ECOFIN Council Conclusions, and to the still-unfolding financial crisis whose speed and pace has taken by surprise many market participants and supervisors, having regard to the threats the crisis still poses to the EU financial markets and to its spill-over into the EU economy, what does the Presidency consider as appropriate steps to be undertaken in this area in order to better respond to the challenges of globally integrated markets and to preserve the soundness and stability of the EU financial markets?
Compte tenu des deux conclusions du Conseil ECOFIN, et de la persistance de la crise financière dont la rapidité et le rythme ont surpris de nombreux opérateurs et contrôleurs du marché, et eu égard à la menace que cette crise représente encore pour les marchés financiers de l'UE et à ses répercussions sur l'économie européenne, quelles actions la Présidence considère-t-elle comme appropriées dans ce domaine afin de mieux répondre aux défis des marchés intégrés au niveau mondial et afin de préserver la solidité et la stabilité des marchés financiers de l'UE?
