The Commission's services, in close co-operation with the Data Protection Authorities and the Member States, will continue with the collection of information about the implementation of the Directive and will in particular identify the areas where there are clear gaps in the implementing measures notified and seek the co-operation of the Member States in filling these gaps as quickly as possible.
