Welcomes the most recent legislative amendments by the Federation Parliament introducing the principle of needs-based social cash benefits and the budgetary restraints applied to all budget users including veterans; welcomes the fact that the development policy loan of the World Bank and the second and third tranche of the IMF's stand-by arrangement have been disbursed; encourages the Federation Parliament to adopt further measures aimed at more fiscal discipline;
39. accueille avec satisfaction les dernières modifications législatives du parlement de la Fédération introduisant le principe de prestations sociales en espèces fondées sur les besoins et de restrictions budgétaires appliquées à toutes les personnes percevant une allocation, y compris les anciens combattants; se félicite de ce que le crédit octroyé par la Banque mondiale dans le cadre de la politique de développement ainsi que les deuxième et troisième tranches de l'accord de confirmation avec le FMI ont été versés; exhorte le parlement de la Fédération à adopter de nouvelles mesures visant à une plus grande discipline budgétaire;
