En effet, si nous sommes persuadés que cette approche commune sera forcément fructueuse, alors la question à régler avant tout débat sur le stationnement des missiles et sur les pays participants est la suivante: pourquoi, s’il est possible, par des moyens pacifiques et la négociation, de faire renoncer l’Iran aux armements nucléaires, est-il si nécessaire qu’une décision sur le placement de ces fusées soit prise maintenant?
