The Commission has set up a high-level group and a group of government experts to establish a method of estimating infrastructure, environmental, accident and congestion costs, and appropriate ways of charging for them in compliance with the subsidiarity principle.
La Commission a créé un groupe à haut niveau et un groupe d'experts gouvernementaux pour définir une méthodologie d'estimation des coûts (coûts d'infrastructure, coûts environnementaux, coûts des accidents et de la congestion) et les instruments appropriés à l'imputation de ces coûts dans le respect du principe de subsidiarité.
