Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. These include self-report data, analysis of blood and other body fluids, characteristic physical and psychological symptoms, clinical signs and behaviour, and other evidence such as a drug being in the patient's possession or reports from informed third parties. Definition: A transient disorder that develops in an individual without any other apparent mental disorder in response to exceptional physical and mental stress and that usually subsides within hours or days. Individual vulnerability and coping capacity play a role in the occurrence and severity of acute stress reactions. The symptoms show a typically mixed and changing picture and include an initial state of daze with some constriction of the field of consciousness and narrowing of attention, inability to comprehend stimuli, and disorientation. This state may be followed either by further withdrawal from the surrounding situation (to the extent of a dissociative stupor - F44.2), or by agitation and over-activity (flight reaction or fugue). Autonomic signs of panic anxiety (tachycardia, sweating, flushing) are commonly present. The symptoms usually appear within minutes of the impact of the stressful stimulus or event, and disappear within two to three days (often within hours). Carolyn Bennett: En ce qui concerne Affaires autochtones et Développement du Nord Canada et Santé Canada, par collectivité des Premières nations ou inuite: a) à combien de clients des Premières nations ou inuits a-t-on prescrit de l’OxyContin dans le cadre du Programme des services de santé non assurés (SSNA) chaque année, de 2006 à 2012 inclusivement; b) combien de demandes de traitement au Suboxone le PSSNA a-t-il reçues après son inscription sur la liste le 7 décembre 2011 et, sur ce nombre, (i) combien ont été approuvées, (ii) quelle a été la raison donnée en cas de refus, (iii) un autre traitement a-t-il été proposé aux clients dont la demande a été refusée, (iv) quelles mesures a-t-on prises pour évaluer les conséquences pour la santé des clients dont la demande a été refusée; c) y a-t-il un médecin, un infirmier ou une infirmière ou un autre professionnel de la santé spécialisé dans le traitement pour toxicomanie dans la collectivité; d) y a-t-il un centre de guérison dans la collectivité et, dans la négative, où se trouve le centre de guérison le plus proche ou le plus facilement accessible; e) quels sont les services psychosociaux postcure adaptés à la culture offerts dans la collectivité aux clients qui ont suivi un programme de désintoxication; f) le gouvernement a-t-il procédé à des évaluations du niveau de toxicomanie durant la période de 2006 à 2012 et, dans l’affirmative, (i) comment ce niveau a-t-il fluctué, (ii) quel est le degré d’abus des médicaments sur ordonnance obtenus légalement, (iii) quel est le degré d’abus des médicaments sur ordonnance obtenus illégalement; g) combien d’argent a été consacré à la prévention de l’abus de drogues et au traitement de la toxicomanie chaque année, de 2006 à 2012 inclusivement, et quel a été le montant des fonds consacrés précisément à l’abus de médicaments d’ordonnance, obtenus légalement et illégalement; h) quel a été le montant des fonds affectés au Prog ...

12. Invites the Commission and the Member States to ensure that the 2003 mid-term evaluation establishes not only the extent to which the objective of mainstreaming equal opportunities has been taken into account in the Structural Funds measures, but also the extent to which this objective has been achieved, which financial resources are allocated to specific equal opportunities measures and whether resources have been put to appropriate use; on the basis of this evaluation, to make any necessary amendments to the programming of the measures for the remainder of the programming period so as to achieve the objective of incorporating equal opportunities, and to implement those amendments;
12. invite la Commission et les États membres à veiller à ce que l'évaluation à mi-parcours qui se déroulera en 2003 détermine, d'une part, dans quelle mesure il a été tenu compte de l'objectif de l'intégration de l'égalité des chances dans les actions des fonds et, d'autre part, le degré de réalisation de cet objectif, la nature et le montant des crédits alloués à des actions spécifiques pour l'égalité des chances, ainsi que la pertinence de l'utilisation des crédits, et à décider d'apporter, sur la base de cette évaluation, toute modification nécessaire à la programmation des actions, en ce qui concerne la réalisation de l'objectif de l'intégration de l'égalité des chances, pour le restant de la période de programmation et de mettre en œuvre ces actions;

Higher inflation and, to a certain extent, a re-evaluation of the exchange rate, will not go any way towards resolving its problems. Nor will these approaches help us achieve greater equilibrium in terms of the current account balance.
