Appreciates the effective and dynamic work of the EU-Ukraine Parliamentary Association Committee in overseeing the political, security and economic situation in Ukraine, as well as its commitment and support vis-à-vis improving the overall EU-oriented reform processes undertaken by the Ukrainian authorities; recalls the Memorandum of Understanding signed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the European Parliament in 2015 establishing a joint framework for parliamentary support and capacity-building between the two parliaments; recalls that a Needs Assessment Mission is currently underway to establish the modalities of support to be provided by the European Parliament to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine;
37. apprécie le travail efficace et dynamique de la commission parlementaire d'association UE-Ukraine qui surveille la situation politique, sécuritaire et économique en Ukraine, ainsi que son engagement et son soutien en faveur de l’amélioration du processus général de réforme orienté vers l'Union entrepris par les autorités ukrainiennes; rappelle le protocole d'accord signé par la Verkhovna Rada d’Ukraine et le Parlement européen en 2015, établissant un cadre commun pour l'appui et le renforcement des capacités parlementaires entre les deux parlements; rappelle qu’une mission d’évaluation des besoins est en cours pour fixer les modalités du soutien qui sera apporté par le Parlement européen à la Verkhovna Rada d’Ukraine;
