Le point 3 du dispositif de la décision de la première chambre de recours de l’Office de l’harmonisation dans le marché intérieur (marques, dessins et modèles) (OHMI) du 12 mai 2011 (affaire R 1590/2010-1), relative à une procédure en nullité entre la Commission européenne et Welte-Wenu GmbH, est annulé, en ce qu’il indique que Welte-Wenu supporte les frais de la procédure en nullité et les inclut dans la somme globale de 2 500 euros que Welte-Wenu doit rembourser à la Commission européenne.
