– (FR) I voted in favour of the decision to approve a general framework laying down the main aspects of the Commission communication on Europe entitled ‘Communicating Europe in Partnership’. It aims to establish a framework for strengthening the wide-ranging communication elements by encompassing them within a broader structure launched by the White Paper on a European communication policy, which advocates a two-way street, characterised by the active participation of citizens and Plan D (‘Plan D for democracy, dialogue and debate’).
– J’ai voté la décision qui propose d’approuver un cadre général fixant les axes de la communication de la Commission sur l’Europe, intitulé «Communiquer sur l’Europe en partenariat» en vue de prévoir un cadre pour renforcer la communication tous azimuts, en s’insérant dans un ensemble plus vaste amorcé par le Livre blanc sur une politique de communication européenne qui prône une communication à double sens, caractérisée par la participation active des citoyens, et le Plan D («Plan D comme Démocratie, Dialogue et Débat»).
