As reported in the press on 12 June 1999, the company board referred to "the purchase in 1998 of a 100 % stake in González y Díez SA for a total of ESP 784 million, financed by a bank loan".
Dans sa présentation, et comme il ressort de la presse du 12 juin 1999, la direction de l'entreprise a informé "de l'achat, en 1998, de cent pour cent de l'entreprise González y Díez SA pour un total de 784 millions d'ESP, qui a été financé au moyen d'un prêt bancaire".
