TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

The decree provides a structural basis for the various initiatives adopted by the Flemish Government in the fight against poverty: the establishment of an action plan to combat poverty; the setting up of a permanent consultation arrangement; financial and content-related support for "Associations where the poor have their say" which meet the following six criteria: encouraging the poor to meet in groups, giving a say to the poor, working towards the social emancipation of the poor, working on the social structures, organising dialogue and training activities, continuing to seek out the poor; support for the Flemish network of these associations, whose task is to support and co-ordinate the activities of the "associations where the poor have their say"; the training and insertion of experts in the day-to-day reality of poverty.
Le décret veille à un ancrage structurel des différentes initiatives prises en lien avec la lutte contre la pauvreté par le gouvernement flamand: l'établissement d'un plan d'action pour la lutte contre la pauvreté ; la mise en place d'une concertation permanente ; le soutien en termes financier et de contenu des «Associations où les pauvres prennent la parole» qui répondent aux 6 critères suivants: amener les pauvres à se réunir en groupe, donner la parole aux pauvres, travailler à l'émancipation sociale des pauvres, travailler sur les structures sociales, organiser le dialogue et des activités de formation, continuer à rechercher des pauvres ; le soutien au réseau flamand de ces associations, qui a pour tâche de soutenir et de coordonner les activités des associations où les pauvres prennent la parole ; la formation et l'inclusion d'experts du vécu de la pauvreté.

A partnership involving 8 regions led by Noord-Brabant (NL), Flanders (BE) and Norte (PT) will develop joint projects in the field of 3D printing; A group of 9 regions led by Flanders (BE) will work together in the bio-economy sector; Bretagne (FR), together with 3 regions and Estonia, will focus on cybersecurity; Lombardia (IT) and 7 other regions have chosen the circular economy, and more specifically de- and re-manufacturing, as their speciality; Toscana (IT), 21 other regions and Estonia will dedicate common efforts to develop new solutions in high-tech farming; Scotland (UK) and País Vasco (ES) are coordinating a group of 16 regions for joint projects in the field of marine renewable energy. The Norwegian region of Sogn og Fjordane is also associated. Andalucía (ES) and 5 other regions have defined sustainable buildings as their thematic priority; Andalucía (ES) and Emilia-Romagna (IT) lead a group of 9 regions who will come up with innovative projects in the fields of traceability and big data in agri-food.

Exploratory studies or projects on multi-national cooperation already exist such as the ongoing work carried out within the International Atomic Energy Agency and revitalised for non-proliferation concern, or through the ERDO-Working group associating several Member States to study the feasibility of establishing a multinational European Repository Development Organisation.
