If what we say and all the reports from economists, NGOs, environmentalists and eminent scientists are right – and they are right, 99% of the community agree they right – then we must take the highest political ownership of the resolution of the problem.
Si ce que nous affirmons et ce que tous les rapports d’économistes, d’ONG, de spécialistes de l’environnement et d’éminents scientifiques affirment est correct - et ça l’est, 99% de la communauté s’accordent à le dire -, il importe d’opter pour une appropriation politique du problème et de sa résolution au niveau le plus élevé.
