Nous soutenons le projet de résolution qui est aujourd’hui discuté, notamment parce qu’il pose toutes ces questions d’impacts sociaux, d’impacts environnementaux, d’impacts sur l’intégration régionale, et surtout parce que, dans son paragraphe 10, il invite à revisiter les objectifs des accords commerciaux, notamment au regard de ces enjeux sociaux, environnementaux, et puis surtout parce qu’on pourrait peut-être imaginer qu’en revisitant ces accords, on pourrait réintégrer l’aspect commercial dans le processus global de Barcelone.
