In Laos, as the Council and the Commission have said quite rightly, there are still prisoners of conscience and the entire hmong population is still being persecuted in the forests in an entirely sub-human situation.
Au Laos, comme l’ont indiqué à juste titre le Conseil et la Commission, certains prisonniers de conscience n’ont toujours pas été libérés et l’ensemble des Hmongs sont toujours persécutés dans les forêts et se trouvent dans une situation totalement indigne d’êtres humains.
