Arvils Ašeradens, de Lituanie, M. Žygimantas Vaičiūnas et de Pologne, M. Krzysztof Tchórzewski, sont convenus de la voie à suivre pour trouver, d'ici fin mai 2018 au plus tard, une solution optimale pour la synchronisation du réseau électrique des États baltes avec le réseau d'Europe continentale.
