10. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, airlines and indirect providers of cargo transportation of the Parties shall be permitted, without restriction, to employ in connection with international air transportation any surface transportation for cargo to or from any points in the territories of the Parties, or in third countries, including transport to and from all airports with customs facilities, and including, where applicable, the right to transport cargo in bond under applicable laws and regulations.
10. Nonobstant toute autre disposition du présent accord, les transporteurs aériens et les fournisseurs indirects de services de fret des parties sont autorisés, sans restriction, à utiliser, dans le cadre des services aériens internationaux, tout transport de surface pour le fret à destination ou en provenance de tout point situé sur le territoire des parties ou de pays tiers, y compris le transport à destination ou en provenance de tout aéroport disposant d'installations douanières, et disposent du droit, le cas échéant, de transporter du fret sous douane, conformément aux dispositions législatives et réglementaires applicables.
