Calls for more efforts to ensure unrestricted quality education in minority languages on state and provincial level, which is necessary to preserve ethnic and cultural identity, a right already secured through constitutional means as well as through the 2002 Federal Law on the Protection of the Rights and Freedoms of National Minorities, and consistent with the guidelines specified in the Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities, and in particular to provide all the necessary text books and other educational materials; to this end, welcomes the opening of the bilingual university faculty in Bujanovac, accommodating students of both Albanian and Serbian ethnic origin; encourages Serbia to replicate this model for policy towards other minorities where suitable; encourages both minorities and the majority Serbian community to learn each other's languages in the interests of better understanding; underlines the need to respect the cultural diversity of ethnic minorities by allowing the unhindered proliferation of cultural centres, electronic and press media and libraries that adequately cater for the cultural needs of these communities;
54. demande une action plus résolue pour garantir un enseignement sans restriction et de qualité dans les langues des minorités au niveau fédéral et provincial, nécessaire pour préserver les identités ethniques et culturelles, un droit garanti par la constitution et par la loi fédérale de 2002 sur la protection des droits et des libertés des minorités nationales, conformément aux principes établis par la convention-cadre sur la protection des minorités nationales, et demande en particulier d'assurer la distribution de tous les livres de cours et autres supports de formation nécessaires; salue à cet égard l'ouverture d'une faculté bilingue à Bujanovac, accueillant des étudiants d'origine serbe et albanaise; invite la Serbie à reproduire ce modèle de politique, le cas échéant, à l'égard d'autres minorités; encourage, pour favoriser une meilleure compréhension mutuelle, les minorités et la majorité serbe à apprendre la langue de l'autre; souligne la nécessité de respecter la diversité culturelle des minorités ethniques, en permettant la multiplication sans entrave de centres culturels, de médias électroniques ou imprimés et de bibliothèques qui répondent de manière appropriée aux besoins culturels de ces communautés;
