(D) Whereas the Dutch authorities argue that the redundancies covered by this application have to be seen in addition to the redundancies covered by application EGF/2009/027 NL/Noord Brabant and Zuid Holland Division 18 as Limburg is a contiguous region at NUTS II level with Noord Brabant. Whereas the Netherlands further state that the province of Limburg is in a very difficult situation as this province has the second highest unemployment rate in the Netherlands (8%) and that Limburg counts amongst the provinces in the Netherlands with a pro capita income significantly below the average.
(D) considérant que les autorités néerlandaises font valoir que les licenciements couverts par cette demande doivent être considérés comme s'ajoutant aux licenciements couverts par la demande EGF/2009/027 NL/Noord Brabant and Zuid Holland Division 18, étant donné que le Limburg est une région de niveau NUTS II contiguë à la région Noord Brabant; que les Pays-Bas font également valoir que la province de Limburg connaît de très graves difficultés et se classe au deuxième rang aux Pays-Bas par le taux de chômage (8%) et que le Limburg compte parmi les provinces des Pays-Bas où le revenu par habitant est très inférieur à la moyenne,

(B) Whereas this application is part of a package of six interrelated applications, all of which concern redundancies in 8 different NUTS II regions in the Netherlands operating in the graphic sector; whereas it is particularly related to EGF/2009/026 Nl/Noord Holland and Utrecht Division 18 and EGF/2009/027 NL/Noord Brabant and Zuid Holland Division 18.
(B) considérant que cette demande fait partie d'un ensemble de six demandes interdépendantes qui concernent toutes des licenciements dans des entreprises établies dans huit régions NUTS différentes des Pays-Bas qui opèrent dans le secteur graphique; considérant qu'elle est particulièrement liée aux demandes EGF/2009/026 NL/Noord Holland et Utrecht Division 18 et EGF/2009/027 NL/Noord Brabant et Zuid Holland Division 18,

The Committee on Employment and Social Affairs (EMPL) as well as its Working Group on the EGF examined the mobilisation of the EGF for the case EGF/2009/027 NL/Noord Brabant and Zuid Holland Division 18 and adopted the following opinion.
