The considered social policy aspects of European integration to be an important area for co-operation and welcomed the intention of the Norwegian Government to host a seminar with participation of representatives of authorities as well as the social partners in the EC/EFTA countries as an important contribution to furthering a dialogue in this context. 13. Finally they agreed that co-operation should be extended to certain new areas : - New Technologies and Services where it was noted that experts would begin talks to exchange information and to examine the possible scope for co-operation between the EFTA countries and the EC.
