The European Commission has already announced an Investment Plan that will unlock public and private investments in the economy of at least €315 billion over the next three years with the establishment of the new European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI)[6] and published a Communication on long term financing of the European economy setting out a range of measures to boost investment.
La Commission européenne a déjà annoncé un plan d’investissement qui libèrera au moins 315 milliards d’euros d'investissements publics et privés pour l’économie au cours des trois prochaines années au moyen du nouveau Fonds européen pour les investissements stratégiques (Fonds ESI)[6] et elle a publié une communication sur le financement à long terme de l’économie européenne qui définit une série de mesures visant à stimuler l'investissement.
