the Europass Curriculum Vitae (CV) completed by any individual to report on his/her qualifications, professional experience, skills and competences; the Europass Language Passport (ELP) completed by any individual to report on her/his language skills; the Europass Certificate Supplement (ECS) issued by vocational educational and training authorities to their students along with their award certificates adding information to make certificates more easily understandable especially by employers or institutions outside the issuing country; the Europass Diploma Supplement (EDS) issued by higher education institutions to their graduates along with their degree or diploma to make these educational qualifications more easily understandable, especially outside the country where they were awarded; the Europass Mobility Document (EMD) for recording any organised period of learning or training time that a person spends in another European country, completed by the home and host organisations.

(b) request and receive from the independent auditor who certified any financial return for a fiscal year in respect of an educational institution, as described in subsection 27(3), such information, reports and explanations as he deems necessary in order to satisfy himself as to the method and procedure employed by such auditor in determining the operating expenditures incurred for post-secondary education by that institution during its financial year related to the fiscal year,

Calculate the total by adding together the amounts in the columns “Resident, Loan Balances, TC”” and “Non-Resident, Loan Balances, TC” and subtracting the amount in the column “Total, Allowance for Impairment, TC”, all as set out for item 6 (b)(xii) Others (Private Not for Profit Institutions, Religious, Health & Educational Institutions) in the Non-Mortgage Loan Report.

The report 'Modernisation of Higher Education in Europe: Access, Retention and Employability' investigates what governments and higher education institutions are doing to widen access to higher education, increase the number of students that complete higher education (retention), and give guidance to students on entering the labour market (employability).
