TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Since December 2008, the EIB has granted EUR 8.6 billion in loans to carmakers and automotive equipment manufacturers. Of that figure, EUR 6.7 million was granted under the ECTF financing programme, including EUR 600 million to PSA Peugeot Citroën.
Depuis décembre 2008, la BEI a signé 8,6 milliards d'euros de prêts en faveur du secteur automobile (constructeurs et équipementiers) dont 6,7 milliards d'euros au titre de son Mécanisme européen pour des transports propres (METP). 600 millions d’EUR ont été accordés à ce jour à PSA Peugeot Citroën en application de ce dispositif.

The RSFF is an innovative scheme to improve access to debt finance for higher risk investments in the field of research, development and innovation while the ECTF has been part of the anti-crisis package that the EIB has set up in autumn of 2008, aimed specifically at research to lower emissions from transport.
