It seems to me that as a result of the ice storm and as a result of the blackout that affected the eastern seaboard, and because of the north-south orientation of our primary grid the distribution grid there's an opportunity to evaluate the integrated capacity of hydro and wind as we start to readjust from a north-south grid to an east-west grid, particularly regionally, in the eastern part of the country.
