Ms. Pohlmann: I don't know what the ultimate design of this thing will look like, but if you are a small employer and you are struggling to find a Canadian to fill the position, and if you have done all the work and there is somewhere you can go where it is easily identified that someone from overseas has already been preapproved by the government. For example, you can go to the Job Bank and there is a list of the potential immigrants that have already been preapproved that you, as an employer, can potentially interview for the position.
