In conclusion, the Commission is of the opinion that the implementation of the plan for the disposal of radioactive waste in whatever form, arising from the IRAW-CRAM Storage Facility for Radioactive Waste located adjacent to the National Radioactive Waste Repository at Mochovce in Slovakia, both in normal operation and in the event of an accident of the type and magnitude considered in the General Data, is not liable to result in a radioactive contamination, significant from the point of view of health, of the water, soil or airspace of another Member State.
En conclusion, la Commission est d’avis que la mise en œuvre du projet de rejet d’effluents radioactifs, sous quelque forme que ce soit, provenant de l’installation de stockage de déchets radioactifs IRAW-CRAM jouxtant le centre national de stockage de déchets nucléaires de Mochovce, en Slovaquie, n’est pas susceptible d’entraîner, aussi bien en fonctionnement normal qu’en cas d’accident du type et de l’ampleur envisagés dans les données générales, une contamination radioactive significative du point de vue sanitaire des eaux, du sol ou de l’espace aérien d’un autre État membre.
