Under this bid, DFDS-LDA would retain only 460 employees (i.e. 200 fewer than proposed in the modified restructuring plan) and would retain the freight vessel Nord Pas-de-Calais (in addition to the multi-purpose car ferries Berlioz and Rodin), but not the car ferry Molière (whereas the modified restructuring plan proposes the sale of the freight vessel Nord Pas-de-Calais and does not consider relinquishing the car ferry Molière, but on the contrary early exercise of the purchase option on it).
