If such a newly independent country is not identified by the UN as a least-developed country during the first available review of the category of least-developed countries, the Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts forthwith, in accordance with Article 36, to amend Annex IV in order to remove such a country from that Annex, without granting the transitional period referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article.

8. The outcome of votes and, where appropriate, explanations of vote, taken within each delegation on the Conciliation Committee, shall be forwarded to the Committee. 9. The co-Chairmen shall see to it that the joint texts approved by the Committee are forwarded forthwith to the European Parliament and to the Council. 10. The General Secretariat of the Council and the General Secretariat of the European Parliament shall act jointly as the Committee's Secretariat, in association with the General Secretariat of the Commission. 11. Joint texts shall be finalized by the Legal/linguistic Experts of the Council and of the European Parliament. 12. The Committee shall meet alternately at the premises of the European Parliament and the Council. 13. While abiding by the Treaty provisions regarding time limits, the Council shall, as far as possible, take into account the requirements of the European Parliament's schedule.

Les co-présidents assurent la transmission sans délai au Parlement européen et au Conseil des projets communs approuvés par le comité. 10. Le secrétariat du comité est assuré conjointement par le secrétariat général du Conseil et le secrétariat général du Parlement européen, en association avec le secrétariat général de la Commission. 11. La mise au point des textes des projets communs est faite par les juristes-linguistes du Conseil et du Parlement européen. 12. Le comité siège alternativement dans les locaux du Parlement européen et du Conseil. 13.
