IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

Europol should be able to transfer personal data to an authority of a third country or an international organisation on the basis of a Commission decision finding that the country or international organisation in question ensures an adequate level of data protection (‘adequacy decision’), or, in the absence of an adequacy decision, an international agreement concluded by the Union pursuant to Article 218 TFEU, or a cooperation agreement allowing for the exchange of personal data concluded between Europol and the third country prior to the entry into force of this Regulation.

A clear and workable system is envisaged based on a threshold of the average rate at Union level of decisions granting international protection in the procedures at first instance, as defined by Eurostat, out of the total number at Union level of decisions on applications for international protection taken at first instance, based on the latest available statistics.
Un système clair et réaliste est envisagé, lequel serait fondé sur un seuil du taux moyen, à l'échelle de l'Union, des décisions d'octroi d'une protection internationale prises en première instance, tel qu'il est déterminé par Eurostat, par rapport à l'ensemble des décisions sur les demandes de protection internationale rendues dans l'Union en première instance, sur la base des dernières statistiques.

2. Relocation pursuant to this Decision shall be applied only in respect of an applicant belonging to a nationality for which the proportion of decisions granting international protection among decisions taken at first instance on applications for international protection as referred to in Chapter III of Directive 2013/32/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council is, according to the latest available updated quarterly Union-wide average Eurostat data, 75 % or higher.

Une relocalisation en vertu de la présente décision ne s'applique qu'à un demandeur possédant une nationalité pour laquelle, selon les dernières moyennes trimestrielles actualisées d'Eurostat disponibles au niveau de l'Union, la part des décisions accordant une protection internationale, parmi les décisions prises en première instance sur des demandes de protection internationale visées au chapitre III de la directive 2013/32/UE du Parlement européen et du Conseil , est égale ou supérieure à 75 %.

Before a decision is taken by the determining authority, the applicant shall have the right to a personal interview on his/her application for asylum with a person competent and fully qualified under international law in the field of asylum and refugee matters to conduct such an interview and take a decision under international/Community law.

Avant que l'autorité responsable de la détermination ne se prononce, le demandeur a droit à un entretien personnel sur sa demande d'asile avec une personne compétente et parfaitement qualifiée en matière de droit international dans les domaines de l'asile et des réfugiés pour mener cet entretien et prendre une décision fondée sur le droit international ou communautaire.

2. Approves the attached Decision concerning internal investigations conducted by the Anti-Fraud Office, which reproduces the model Decision annexed to the Interinstitutional Agreement of 25 May 1999, with only those technical adjustments required for its application within the European Parliament;
2. approuve la décision en annexe relative aux enquêtes internes effectuées par l'Office de lutte antifraude, qui reproduit la décision modèle annexée à l'accord interinstitutionnel du 25 mai 1999, en y apportant exclusivement les ajustements techniques nécessaires à son application au sein du Parlement européen ;
