For this reason, in its Decisions of 26.3.1991 (Decision 91/391/EEC) and 18.12.1991 (Decision 92/330/EEC) on two proposals by the German authorities to award aid to TDG of respectively 6 005 300 and 435 000 DM, the Commission decided in each case that the aid was compatible with the common market but required the German authorities to suspend payment of the aid until they had recovered the aid that was the subject of Decision 86/509/EEC.
Pour ce motif, dans ses décisions en date du 26.3.1991 (décision 91/391/CEE) et du 18.12.1991 (décision 92/330/CEE) relatives à deux propositions des autorités allemandes concernant l'octroi d'aides à TDG, et correspondant respectivement à des montants de 6 005 300 DM et de 435 000 DM, la Commission a décidé dans les deux cas que l'aide était compatible avec le marché commun, mais a invité les autorités allemandes à en suspendre le paiement en attendant d'avoir récupéré l'aide qui avait fait l'objet de la décision 86/509/CEE.

The amount of DM 5 160 700 (MECU 2.65), calculated as the balance of the total amount of aid whose recovery is required by Decision 86/509/EEC (DM 11 601 000 on 30.6.1994), less the total amount of aid authorised by Decisions 91/391/EEC (DM 6 005 300) and 92/330/EEC (DM 435 000) but whose payment was suspended pending recovery of the earlier aid is still due.
