Regulation (EU) No 912/2010 should be aligned with the principles contained in the common approach of the European Parliament, the Council and of the Commission to the decentralised agencies, adopted by the three institutions on 5 July, 26 June and 12 June 2012 respectively, particularly with regard to the rules for adopting decisions of the Administrative Board, the terms of office of the members of the Administrative Board and of the Security Accreditation Board and those of their chairpersons, the existence of a multiannual work programme, the powers of the Administrative Board concerning staff management, assessment and revision of that Regulation, prevention and management of conflicts of interest and handling of non-classified but sensitive information.
En outre, il y a lieu d’aligner le règlement (UE) no 912/2010 sur les principes qui figurent dans l’approche commune au Parlement européen, au Conseil et à la Commission sur les agences décentralisées, adoptée par ces trois institutions respectivement les 5 juillet, 26 juin et 12 juin 2012, particulièrement en ce qui concerne les règles d’adoption des décisions du conseil d’administration, le mandat des membres du conseil d’administration et du conseil d’homologation de sécurité ainsi que celui de leurs présidents, l’existence d’un programme de travail pluriannuel, les pouvoirs du conseil d’administration en matière de gestion de personnel, d’évaluation et de révision dudit règlement, de prévention et de gestion des conflits d’intérêts et de traitement des informations non classifiées mais sensibles.

The Agency should be governed and operated taking into account the principles of the common approach on Union decentralised agencies adopted on 19 July 2012 by the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission.
L'Agence devrait être régie et exploitée en prenant en considération les principes de l'approche commune sur les agences décentralisées de l'Union, adoptée le 19 juillet 2012 par le Parlement européen, le Conseil et la Commission.

To the extent appropriate, certain principles regarding the governance of the Office should be adapted to the Common Approach on EU decentralised agencies adopted by the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission in July 2012.
