Noting the presence of the Presidency and Special Envoy Moratinos in Sharm-el-Sheikh, the Council reiterated the Union's readiness to be associated with the implementation and, if the parties so wished, to contribute to issues to be dealt with under the resumed Final Status negotiations.

Moratinos, le Conseil a réaffirmé que l'Union était prête à être associée à la mise en œuvre du mémorandum et, si les parties le souhaitent, à apporter sa contribution au règlement des questions qui seront traitées lors des négociations sur le statut définitif.
