55. The value for duty of imported goods shall be computed in Canadian currency in accordance with regulations made under the Currency Act.

The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 103 to adapt the methodology set out in the second subparagraph of paragraph 1 of this Article to any change in the methodology provided in the GPA for the revision of the thresholds referred to in points (a) and (b) of Article 15 and for the determination of the corresponding values in the national currencies of the Member States, whose currency is not the euro, as referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article.

La Commission est habilitée à adopter des actes délégués en conformité avec l'article 103 afin d'adapter la méthodologie énoncée au paragraphe 1 du présent article, second alinéa, aux changements éventuels de la méthodologie prévue par l'AMP sur les marchés publics pour la révision des seuils visés à l'article 15, points a) et b), et pour la détermination des valeurs correspondantes dans les monnaies nationales des États membres dont la monnaie n'est pas l'euro, selon les dispositions du paragraphe 2 du présent article.

The Commission shall be empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 48 to adapt the methodology set out in the second subparagraph of paragraph 1 of this Article to any change in the methodology provided in the GPA for the revision of the threshold referred to in Article 8(1) and for the determination of the corresponding values in the national currencies of the Member States whose currency is not the euro, as referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article.

For the measures referred to in this regulation, only members of the Council representing Member States whose currency is the euro shall vote and the Council shall act without taking into account the vote of the member of the Council representing the Member State concerned.
Seuls les membres du Conseil représentant les États membres dont la monnaie est l'euro prennent part au vote des mesures visées au présent règlement, le Conseil statuant sans tenir compte du vote de son membre représentant l'État membre concerné.
