Ken Epp (Elk Island): Monsieur le Président, j'apprécie certaines observations de mon vis-à-vis, mais je conteste vraiment sa façon de penser et celle des gens d'en face quant à la nécessité d'extirper de l'argent à ceux qui appuient ces programmes, de leur arracher de l'argent sous forme d'impôts.
