Whereas, pursuant to section 4.5 of the Aeronautics Act, a copy of the proposed Zoning Regulations respecting Cranbrook Airport, substantially in the form set out in the schedule hereto, was published in two successive issues of the Canada Gazette, Part I, on August 22nd and 29th, 1987, and in two successive issues of the Cranbrook Daily Townsman on June 22nd and 23rd, 1987, and a reasonable opportunity was thereby afforded to interested persons to make representations to the Minister of Transport with respect thereto.
Vu que, conformément à l’article 4.5 de la Loi sur l’aéronautique, le projet de Règlement de zonage concernant l’aéroport de Cranbrook, conforme en substance à l’annexe ci-après, a été publié dans deux numéros successifs de la Gazette du Canada, Partie I, les 22 et 29 août 1987, ainsi que dans deux numéros successifs du Cranbrook Daily Townsman, les 22 et 23 juin 1987, et que les intéressés ont ainsi eu la possibilité de présenter au ministre des Transports leurs observations à cet égard.
