The Dutch Government now has two months in which to make its legislation non-discriminatory and allow the express courier companies once again to offer the services which they provided until 1 January 1989 in competition with the Dutch post office. Precedents The Commission has previously received complaints about restrictions on the provision of international express courier services, mainly affecting multinational companies operating world-wide.
