Council Decision 2013/791/Euratom of 13 December 2013 amending Decision 2007/198/Euratom establishing the European Joint Undertaking for ITER and the Development of Fusion Energy and conferring advantages upon it (OJ L 349, 21.12.2013, p. 100).

Decision 2007/198/Euratom was amended by Council Decision 2013/791/Euratom for the purpose of allowing the financing of the activities carried out by the Joint Undertaking during the period 2014-20.

However, in the last year of the two Programmes and the last year of Decision 2013/791/Euratom, the Commission shall issue in June of that year a single call for funds covering the whole year to be paid not later than 30 days after receipt of the corresponding call for funds.
