(f) either an analysis, supported by appropriate information and data, demonstrating that the feed referred to in Article 16 (1) is not different to a conventional feed, having regard to the criteria specified in Article 27(3) (c), or a proposal for labelling the feed referred to in Article 16 (1) in accordance with Article 27(3) (c) and (4);
(f) soit une analyse, étayée par les données et informations appropriées, démontrant que l'aliment pour animaux visé à l'article 16, paragraphe 1, ne diffère pas d'un aliment pour animaux traditionnel eu égard aux critères définis à l'article 27, paragraphe 3, point c), soit une proposition relative à l'étiquetage de l'aliment pour animaux visé à l'article 16, paragraphe 1, conformément à l'article 27, paragraphe 3, point c) et paragraphe 4;
