Taking into account the experience with the previous decisions amending The Arbitration Convention and in order to remove any doubts regarding the possible retroactive effect, it is suggested that the date of entry into force of the Arbitration Convention is specified not by providing specific date, but set on the day following that of the publication of this Decision in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Compte tenu de l'expérience acquise dans le cadre des décisions antérieures portant modification de la convention d'arbitrage, et afin de dissiper tout doute quant à un éventuel effet rétroactif, il convient de ne pas traduire la date d'entrée en vigueur de la convention d'arbitrage par une date précise, mais plutôt de la fixer au jour suivant celui de la publication de la décision au Journal officiel de l'Union européenne.

In order to remove any doubts regarding retroactive effect, it is suggested that the date of entry into force of the Arbitration Convention is set on the day following that of the publication of this Decision in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Afin de dissiper tout doute quant à un effet rétroactif, il est proposé que la date d'entrée en vigueur de la convention d'arbitrage soit fixée au lendemain de la publication de la décision à l'examen au Journal officiel de l'Union européenne.

The Arbitration Convention, as amended by the Protocol of 25 May 1999, the Conventions of 21 December 1995 and of 8 December 2004 and this Decision, shall enter into force on the day following that of the publication of this Decision in the Official Journal of the European Union between Bulgaria, Romania and the other Member States in which the Arbitration Convention is in force.
La convention d'arbitrage, modifiée par le protocole du 25 mai 1999, les conventions du 21 décembre 1995 et du 8 décembre 2004 et la présente décision, entre en vigueur le jour suivant celui de la publication de la présente décision au Journal officiel de l'Union européenne entre la Bulgarie, la Roumanie et les autres États membres où la convention d'arbitrage est en vigueur .
