Definition: The common themes that are shared by dissociative or conversion disorders are a partial or complete loss of the normal integration between memories of the past, awareness of identity and immediate sensations, and control of bodily movements. All types of dissociative disorders tend to remit after a few weeks or months, particularly if their onset is associated with a traumatic life event. More chronic disorders, particularly paralyses and anaesthesias, may develop if the onset is associated with insoluble problems or interpersonal difficulties. These disorders have previously been classified as various types of conversion hysteria . They are presumed to be psychogenic in origin, being associated closely in time with traumatic events, insoluble and intolerable problems, or disturbed relationships. The symptoms often represent the patient's concept of how a physical illness would be manifest. Medical examination and investigation do not reveal the presence of any known physical or neurological disorder. In addition, there is evidence that the loss of function is an expression of emotional conflicts or needs. The symptoms may develop in close relationship to psychological stress, and often appear suddenly. Only disorders of physical functions normally under voluntary control and loss of sensations are included here. Disorders involving pain and other complex physical sensations mediated by the autonomic nervous system are classified under somatization disorder (F45.0). GDP is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Portuguese company Galp Energia, SGPS, SA (GALP), currently jointly controlled by the Portuguese State and ENI, with interests in both the oil and the gas sectors.
L'entreprise est une filiale à 100 % de la société portugaise Galp Energia, SGPS, SA («GALP»), actuellement contrôlée conjointement par l'État portugais et ENI, avec des intérêts dans les secteurs du pétrole et du gaz.

In particular, (i) it has gained a strong experience and knowledge of the Portuguese gas markets at every level, (ii) it has established a large customer base and a significant volume of sales in the country, (iii) it has developed very well known brands both at national and local level, and (iv) it has acquired a unique knowledge of the customers’ profile (in terms of consumption profile, or solvency and credit terms) and specific needs (such as need for additional services or special customer care), (v) it controls, through the GDP-controlled LDCs, the distribution system operators.
En particulier, i) elle a acquis une solide expérience et une connaissance approfondie des marchés portugais du gaz à tous les niveaux, ii) elle s'est dotée d'une large base de clientèle, avec un volume de ventes important dans le pays, iii) elle a développé des marques très connues aux niveaux tant national que local, iv) elle a acquis une connaissance unique du profil des clients (en termes de consommation, de solvabilité et de conditions de crédit) ainsi que de leurs besoins particuliers (tels que les services additionnels ou spéciaux) et v) elle contrôle, par l'intermédiaire des ELD qui dépendent d’elle, les gestionnaires du système de distribution.

EDP’s will to enter the gas markets is further evidenced by its recent acquisition of control over a Portuguese LDC, Portgás, and its strong development in gas markets in Spain (EDP acquired control over the second largest gas company in Spain, Naturcorp).
La volonté d’EDP d’entrer sur les marchés gaziers est également démontrée par son acquisition récente du contrôle conjoint d’une ELD portugaise, Portgás, ainsi que par son développement important sur les marchés gaziers en Espagne (EDP a pris le contrôle de la deuxième entreprise gazière en Espagne, Naturcorp).

In order to make the distinction between the annual meeting and the Monitoring Committees more clear, the Commission chose a number of key topics in the CSF on the basis of the problems encountered during the monitoring of programmes (POLIS operations part-financed by the regional programmes, the still incomplete information systems, follow-up to the results of controls) and because of their strategic importance: innovation, productivity and competitiveness in the Portuguese economy, involving a range of programmes such as OP Economy, OP Ciencia, OP Information Society, OP Employment and Human Resources and the regional programmes.
Dans le but de mieux différencier la rencontre annuelle des comités de suivi, la Commission a choisi un ensemble de thèmes clés du CCA, justifiés à la fois par les problèmes rencontrés dans le suivi des programmes (situation des actions POLIS cofinancées par les programmes régionaux, systèmes d'information encore incomplets, suivi des conclusions des missions de contrôle) et par des raisons d'ordre stratégique: innovation , productivité et compétitivité de l'économie portugaise, en associant tout un ensemble de programmes tels que le PO Économie, le PO Science , le PO Société de l'Information, le PO Emploi et Ressources Humaines et les programmes régionaux.
