9. For the purposes of paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, Member States may apply a weighting of 20 % to asset items constituting claims on and other exposures to credit institutions with a maturity of more than one but not more than three years and a weighting of 50 % to asset items constituting claims on credit institutions with a maturity of more than three years, provided that the latter are represented by debt instruments that were issued by a credit institution and that those debt instruments are, in the opinion of the competent authorities, effectively negotiable on a market made up of professional operators and are subject to daily quotation on that market, or the issue of which was authorised by the competent authorities of the Member State of origin of the issuing credit institutions.
9. Les États membres peuvent, aux fins de l'application des paragraphes 1, 2 et 3, attribuer une pondération de 20 % aux éléments d'actif constituant des créances ainsi qu'à d'autres risques sur des établissements de crédit d'une durée supérieure à un an mais inférieure ou égale à trois ans et une pondération de 50 % aux éléments d'actif constituant des créances sur des établissements de crédit d'une durée supérieure à trois ans, pour autant que ces dernières soient représentées par des instruments de dette émis par un établissement de crédit et que ces instruments soient, de l'avis des autorités compétentes, effectivement négociables sur un marché constitué d'opérateurs professionnels et soient cotés quotidiennement sur ce marché ou dont l'émission a été autorisée par les autorités compétentes de l'État membre d'origine de l'établissement de crédit émetteur.
