23. Where the Board considers it advisable, the Board may require the employer to post notices of the application in Form 5, immediately on receipt thereof by the employer, in conspicuous places where the notices are most likely to come to the attention of the employees who may be affected by the application, and to keep the notices posted until after the terminal date.
